Dr. Stacie NC Grant
International President & CEO
An award-winning international speaker, facilitator, best-selling author, media producer and celebrity host, Dr. Grant is the 26th International President of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, a 102-year-old African-American Greek-letter organization headquartered in Washington, DC, with over 900 chapters globally.
Professionally, Dr. Grant is the CEO of C&G Enterprises Unlimited, LLC, an MWBE firm that focuses on meeting facilitation and professional development training services. C&G Enterprises was selected to facilitate the JFK Airport Redevelopment Advisory Council, a 13-billion-dollar redevelopment project. She is also the founder of Destiny Designers University®, the only training and development platform for FaithpreneursR (faith-based entrepreneurs and faith-based professionals).
Born in Queens, NY, Dr. Grant gets the greatest joy from serving others. She is a dedicated community servant and has spent countless hours volunteering her time and serving the community through civic engagement and her youth mentorship programs. Dr. Grant is a board member of The Workshop in Business Opportunities (WIBO) - a small business incubator for underserved communities, and a member of the NYC Queens District Attorney's African American advisory board.


Kenya L Washington
21st South Central Regional Director
Kenya L. Washington has served the Sorority on all levels, including, International Director of the St. Jude Children’s Hospital Initiative (Zeta’s HOPE for St. Jude), Regional Secretary, State of Mississippi Secretary, State of Mississippi ZHOPE (Zetas Helping Other People Excel) Coordinator, Kappa Tau Zeta Chapter: Executive Board Chair, President, Public Relations, ZHOPE Coordinator, and Parliamentarian. She has also served on several committees regionally, state, and locally. She is the Immediate Past Centennial Mississippi State Director, Immediate Past South Central Region Executive Board Chairman and Kenya currently serves as the 21st South Central Regional Director.
Kenya is the youngest child of Dr. Donald and Dr. Vera B. Washington. She is a member of Zion Missionary Baptist Church, and attends Christian Leadership School classes, through the Sunday School Publishing Board (Nashville, TN), where she hopes to become an instructor. She is a 1997 graduate of Greenville High School, she has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Art in Teaching both earned from Mississippi Valley State University. Her sister, Ursula, is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and her brother, Derrick, is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
An avid motorcyclist, Kenya loves riding her motorcycle and holds our Sorority in the highest esteem. In her spare time, she enjoys doing a variety of crafts, public speaking,
and community service projects.
Her professional and organizational memberships include Washington County General Baptist District Association, Humphreys County Baptist Association, National
Society of Tax Professionals, Sunday School Publishing Board and COPP, National Baptist Association, National Society of Tax Professionals, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and she is also a member of Toastmasters International.
Joyce Murphy
17th Tennessee State Director
Joyce Murphy is the 17th and 1st elected State Director for Tennessee. She is a native of Fayette County (Somerville), TN, and a graduate of Tennessee State University with a degree in Agricultural Sciences and a minor in Music. She was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Epsilon Alpha chapter in 1992. Joyce has held various positions within Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., which include Centennial Vendor Coordinator, Immediate Past South Central Region Financial Secretary and Vendor Coordinator. She is a member of Mu Zeta Zeta Chapter in Bolivar, TN. At this level, she served as President, Treasurer, Secretary, Undergraduate Advisor,
and chairperson of various committees. She has been recognized as Zeta of the Year for both Epsilon Alpha and Mu Zeta Zeta Chapters and South-Central Region Basileus of the Year.
Joyce has worked for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for 30 years in various positions. She is currently serving as the Acting Farm Loan Manager with the Farm Service Agency in Somerville, TN. She is a member of Alexander Baptist Church where she serves as the Financial
Secretary/Treasurer. She is also a member of the Tennessee State University National Alumni Association.
She is married to Patrick Murphy and enjoys reading, traveling, and supporting Tennessee State University Tigers.
